After 5 hours drive from Yazd (130 km only .......) in the middle of the desert, we stop at the same time as a big truck driven by Ali who offeres us to give us a lift to Kashan. We accept and load the motorcycle on his huge truck (only 3 men and I !). After 15 minutes, he stops for a 2 hours break to have pic-nic and to smoke some opium he had left under a stone somewhere .............
Finally at 10PM we arrive in Kashan. The following day, I visit Kashan on my own while Laurent drives alone to Qom (to keep the motorcycly light). I take the bus the day after to Teheran then straight to Qazvin where I meet Laurent again.
The following day is the best so far ! 11 hours on the bike in the middle of wonderful scenaries ! Marvellous !
But yesterday, after 1 hour drive we stop again and we have again to load the motorbike on a pick-up .... We are lucky again and meet a great guy who take us to his home in Tabriz and find a good mecanic for us ... it seems now it was an electronic problem ??!! We plan to leave tomorrow again and be at the border tomorrow night .....
